| GENERAL INFORMATION Acknowledgements In order to avoid errors we will acknowledge all orders by email. Please review the acknowledgement, which will include the products ordered, their cost to you, the approximate shipping date and shipping cost. Unless we hear from you to the contrary prior to shipment, your acceptance of the acknowledgement will be assumed. Cancellations Cancelled Orders will be subject to payment for all costs incurred prior to cancellation.
Claims If there is damage in shipment the following rules apply: A. If we use your shipping number, you must file claim with the carrier, and place a new replacement order, which will be billed to you at the regular price. Carriers require original packing to be saved for inspection. B. If we shipped under our shipper number, we will, process the claim and replace the damaged item at no charge. For you to receive no charge replacement, your claim must be made within 7 days of shipment, and original packing must be saved for inspection.
Ice Glass Prints will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted works without consent. All photos and images must belong to you or your affiliation. If you are not the copyright holder, you must obtain a copyright release from the owner in order for us to reproduce it.In general, if you took the photograph or own the negatives, you have the right to reproduce it. If you did not and uncertain to whether the image may have a copyright, please try and contact the original photograph first. We will work with you if you need custom sizes or shapes. Contact your customer service rep.
Shipments direct to your customer is available. Should you desire, Studio Logic can send your order directly to your client in an unmarked shipping box, and include your studio information with in the order. (Once you mail us your packaging literature, we will maintain a stock for all subsequent Drop Ship orders.) Drop shipping is $5.00 and can be requested in the shipping option on the ROES checkout screen. Normal Production Time 5-10 days. However, we will assume no liability for the late shipments.We will accept rush order if we can put it in our schedule without causing problems for others. Our website indicates the status of your order and when it is scheduled to ship.
Shipping We prefer shipping your orders using your shipping number. Otherwise your orders are shipped prepaid fob factory, Illinois. Shipping charges, plus 10% will be added to the invoice. Group shipping of items, particularly mugs, by Fed Ex, UPS etc., will require over packing at a cost of $5.00 per carton. Individual Shipments There is a $2.50 charge per package plus shipping charges.

Terms Credit card payment is required with each order. There is a minimum order of $10.00.
